ADULT BIBLE STUDIES:

We have a variety of adult Education opportunities available! Prayerfully consider joining a Bible study group for a wonderful opportunity to grow in faith and in friendships. See the descriptions below, and feel free to contact us with any questions you might have. 

Sunday Morning Class

Adult Bible class is offered while the kids are in Sunday School.  Pastor Jahnke leads the Bible study and the topic varies from a thorough study of a book of the Bible, to an issue that you hear about on the news. Class begins on Sunday mornings at 9:30am.

The Seekers

This group meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month at 1pm for Bible study, fellowship, and desserts! This group studies a variety of topics. No preparation is needed, simply show up for Bible study - and be prepared to enjoy some delicious desserts! 

Deaner's Diner 

We have two groups that meet at Deaner's Diner (West Fargo) for Bible Study and fellowship during the year. No preparation is typically needed for these groups, simply show up. 

7:00am on Wednesdays during the school year (all are welcome) 

Faith Foundations Class

Sunday nights at 7pm. This class covers the basics of what we believe and is led by Pastor Jahnke. Some participants take this class as an "adult confirmation" class, others choose to participate in this class for a "refresher" on what we believe and our faith impacts our everyday lives. All are welcome to participate, and can jump in on any given Sunday throughout the year. Questions, contact Pastor Jahnke. 

Area Young Adult Bible Study

Sunday evenings at 6pm, we have a group of young adults that meet at one of our West Fargo-Fargo-Moorhead area LCMS churches for an evening Bible study. If you're wondering what may qualify you as "young adult", our group ages range from 23 to 35--though we aren't a strictly age-defined group (translation: YOU CAN COME!). The important thing to note is where we are: and that will change month-by-month, depending on which church is hosting the group. We like to "bounce around" to change scenery and give each church a chance to host the group, so check one of our LCMS congregations' monthly calendars to see where we are meeting each week! Bring your Bibles! And... if you're feeling generous... we always welcome cookies/treats/snacks!
